# Arrowline Single Use License

This license governs your use of **Arrowline** (the “Theme”), including all source
code, design assets, documentation and related files supplied with the Theme.

By purchasing, downloading, installing or using the Theme, you agree to these
terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Theme.

## 1. Grant of license

Subject to your compliance with this agreement, Noel Dario Andres grants you a
**non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable** license to use the Theme
for **one (1) single end product** only.

An “end product” means **one finished website** for yourself or for **one client
project**. Examples of permitted use:

- One personal portfolio site built with the Theme
- One client website where you customize the Theme for that client

Each additional website, client project, subdomain used as a separate product,
or redeployed instance requires a **separate license purchase**.

## 2. What you may do

You may, for your licensed end product:

- Install and use the Theme
- Modify templates, styles, content, components and configuration
- Deploy the built site to any hosting provider
- Remove or replace demo content, branding and placeholder copy

You may **not** use the Theme beyond the single licensed end product without
buying another license.

## 3. What you may not do

You may **not**, without prior written permission from Noel Dario Andres:

- Resell, redistribute, share, upload or give away the Theme or its source files
- Include the Theme (in whole or in part) in another theme, template, starter kit,
  UI kit, page builder library or commercial product
- Publish the Theme source on GitHub, npm, a marketplace, or any public repository
- Allow multiple clients or projects to use the same license
- Transfer your license to another person or company (except where the end product
  itself is delivered to your client as the finished site, not the Theme files)
- Use the Theme in a product where end users can extract, reuse or reskin the
  Theme itself (for example: SaaS theme builders or white-label resellers)

## 4. Ownership

The Theme remains the intellectual property of Noel Dario Andres. This license
does not transfer ownership. You receive a limited right to use the Theme under
these terms only.

Third-party open-source dependencies included in the project (for example Astro,
Tailwind CSS, Motion) remain subject to their respective licenses.

## 5. Attribution

You may remove demo attribution in your deployed site unless your purchase
platform or a separate written agreement requires otherwise. Removing attribution
does not grant any additional usage rights beyond this license.

The footer credit “Theme created by Noel Dario Andres” in the demo may be removed
or replaced in your production site.

## 6. Support and updates

Unless stated at the point of purchase, support and updates are provided at the
discretion of Noel Dario Andres and only for licensed buyers in good standing.

## 7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination
you must stop using the Theme and delete all copies in your possession, except
where a finished end product already live at termination may remain online —
provided that product was licensed under this agreement and you do not reuse the
Theme source for new projects.

## 8. Disclaimer

THE THEME IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL NOEL DARIO ANDRES BE
LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE
THEME.
